Someone hijacking links

Hi Ladies,
I'm very sorry.  I had not been on my blog for some time.  I had gotten into a very bad car accident and then had a heart attack.  Then I got a tumor on my foot.  It has been a really bad last four years.  Then we decided it would be best if we moved to Idaho.  It took us eight months to move.  So I had not known that someone hijacked at least one of my links if not more for porn.  I will do everything I can to get rid of all the evil links.  Please send an email to me to let me know of the ones you may have found.

I moved

Hello Ladies,
I no longer live in New Mexico.  I now live in Idaho and I am hoping to be able to follow the Bible better and our Lord Jesus.  As an older woman I am supposed to train the younger women.  \

Titus 2:4-5 King James Version (KJV)

That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,
To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

I didn't succeed in that at all in New Mexico.  I had not been able to teach a single lady.  I am praying that God might find me good enough to teach a lady or two here in Idaho.

An E-Newspaper in the works

Hello Ladies,

I'm sorry I haven't been on much.  I'm disabled and have a son doing almost all of his school work on the computer.  It doesn't give me much time to work on my blog.  Then I also got bronchitis for a month then the flu.  So it hasn't been very much fun.

I need ladies to pray often for this ministry as you well know, nothing works to good without our Lord Jesus Christ in attendance.

I've been wanting to create a newspaper for many years.  I just couldn't figure out what sections to have.

Then God sent me to a website.  Now I haven't been throughout her website so I  can not say I agree with her on all she teaches.  But she did come up with a simple outline of a virtuous woman.  She got the info from proverbs 31:10.  One thing I really did like about what she said is this.  We have to be very careful to not want total perfection.  She discussed about ladies getting burned out and depressed because they couldn't be a perfect proverbs 31:10 woman.  I think it is wise to understand that only God is perfect.  We are the saints working hard to follow after Christ and hopefully with a lot of grace we may become what Christ has in mind for us.

Often women believe that Proverbs 31 doesn’t really apply to our modern lives. Here at A Virtuous Woman, we believe that God’s Word stands the test of time. I wrote the 10 Virtues of the Proverbs 31 Woman as the mission statement for A Virtuous Woman, but soon realized that it was more than a mission statement. The 10 Virtues of the Proverbs 31 Woman demonstrates how, as Christian women today, we can all be Proverbs 31 Women.

1. Faith – A Virtuous Woman serves God with all of her heart, mind, and soul. She seeks His will for her life and follows His ways. (Proverbs 31: 26, Proverbs 31: 29 – 31, Matthew 22: 37, John 14: 15, Psalm 119: 15
2. Marriage – A Virtuous Woman respects her husband. She does him good all the days of her life. She is trustworthy and a helpmeet. (Proverbs 31: 11- 12, Proverbs 31: 23, Proverbs 31: 28, 1 Peter 3, Ephesians 5, Genesis2: 18)
3.  Mothering – A Virtuous Woman teaches her children the ways of her Father in heaven. She nurtures her children with the love of Christ, disciplines them with care and wisdom, and trains them in the way they should go. (Proverbs 31: 28, Proverbs 31: 26, Proverbs 22: 6, Deuteronomy 6, Luke 18: 16)
4. Health – A Virtuous Woman cares for her body. She prepares healthy food for her family. (Proverbs 31: 14 – 15, Proverbs 31: 17, 1 Corinthians 6: 19, Genesis 1: 29, Daniel 1, Leviticus 11)
5. Service – A Virtuous Woman serves her husband, her family, her friends, and her neighbors with a gentle and loving spirit. She is charitable. (Proverbs 31: 12, Proverbs 31: 15, Proverbs 31: 20, 1 Corinthians 13: 13)
6. Finances – A Virtuous Woman spends money wisely. She is careful to purchase quality items which her family needs. (Proverbs 31: 14, Proverbs 31: 16, Proverbs 31: 18, 1 Timothy 6: 10, Ephesians 5: 23, Deuteronomy 14: 22, Numbers 18: 26)

Here are the categories she came up with in a simpler form.  Notice how she backed everything up with the Bible.

So these are the categories I will be using in the Newspaper:  Faith, Marriage, Mothering, Health, Service, Finances, Industry, Homemaking, Time, Beauty.

I will get back with all of you as soon as I am over this flu.  I want ladies to send in articles for these categories and yes you will get a by-line.
Ladies will have to sign up for the newspaper online and it will be delivered to your email address.

Please pray for me and all the ladies out there that Jesus will make this a useful ministry for all.

Now they are shaming stay at home moms by calling us Sugar Babies

I read another poll that stated that most Americans do not read or study the Bible.  So of course the insult to woman who follow the Bible and care for home and family.  The amounts of women even caring about their children was a very small percentage of women.  15% in Utah and steadily going down from that.  In the 1950's it was the opposite.  15% working outside the home.  Those 15% were women forced to work outside the home.  Husband died or lost job for instance.  It is really sad because if a woman is God fearing and wanting to be a Titus 2 woman she is very much alone.  And this is the reason for this site and the classes I hope to offer for free.  Why for free.  I didn't see Jesus charge for his grace.  A few years ago I decided to try to teach a small group of girls how to crochet.  One of the mothers wanted to learn too.  She said she didn't know how to do anything in the home.  Her mother felt that women are to only work outside the home.  So of course doing anything for the home was forbidden and looked down upon.  That is so sad.  I had wanted when I was young to teach home economics but by the time I was to graduate from High School it was canceled in the public schools.  So now no one learns how to care for the home.  It has even become a source of abuse to be a house wife.  Many other ladies treat us like we are of low intellect.  That is a shame.  Will for those that would like to learn just send me an email and we will arrange for you to learn and also we will provide the support and friend ship needed too.

Hello ladies, I've been ill due to car accident and heart problems

Hello ladies,
I've been fighting poor health for the last eight months and this is why I haven't done much for my blog.  I've started another blog Candle in the Window and I had hoped to help ladies who want help in becoming the kind of Christian ladies Christ would be proud of.  This new blog, Candle in the Window is mostly for ladies in the New Mexico Valencia area.  I was hoping to teach ladies for free as a ministry home skills, how to behave with ones husband, bible study, caring for children etc.  And, so far not many have come to this site but again I haven't done anything much on it for the last eight months.  My husband is also planting a church.  We are studying the church just after Jesus was crucified so we could make it more like the early church.  One of the reasons for doing this is the fact that the Christian church membership in America has been falling in numbers.  Also, we have many people who say they are Christian who do not live a Christian life.  One of the things that stood out for me so far is that the early churches were house churches. (no buildings that need huge amounts of money for up keep)  And that before anyone could get baptized they had to not just know the material of what it means to be Christian, they had to live what it meant to be Christian.  We are going to be a church that refuses to take donations and therefore there will be no need for a non profit status.  Taking in money, has become the major focus in a lot of churches.  The pastor or priest depends on people with a lot of money and fund raisers to pay for his nice salary.  In one of the churches I used to belong to is was amazing to see that the Priest got $1700.00 a month of tax free money.  He only did the church services on Sunday for two hours and left.  He wouldn't even visit the sick in the congregation.  He didn't even teach people about living a Christian life.  Wow!! That is a lot of money for 8 hours of work a month.  And also he catered to those with a lot of money.  All they had to do is say.  Will if you don't do what I want you lose your salary.  It is ridiculous  because these people weren't fighting to help people to know Christ it was for things even against what Christ says we are to be doing as Christians.  So if you are interested in becoming a Titus 2 woman take a look at  "Candle in the Window"
